- Account details if you create a technician or staff account (such as username, email, phone, address, driver’s license information you submit, and age, where collected for verification)

- Vehicle photos, before/after job photos, and signatures you or our technicians capture in connection with a job
C. Location information
- Approximate or precise location when you or a technician allow location access (for example, to set a job location, show technician position, or support routing)
D. Automatically collected information
- Device type, operating system, app version, and basic diagnostic/log data
- IP address and general usage data when you use our website or connected services
E. Communications
- SMS/text messages and emails we send about bookings, reminders, or job status (when you provide a phone number or email)

- Schedule, perform, and document mobile brake and automotive services
- Contact you about appointments, arrivals, reminders, and support
- Operate technician tools (job lists, photos, history, routing, and related features)
- Verify and manage staff/technician accounts

- Service providers that help us run the Service (for example hosting, database, messaging, analytics, and payment processors such as infrastructure providers like Supabase, SMS providers, and Shopify/payment partners when you book or pay online)
- Technicians and authorized staff who need job details to perform the work
- Legal or safety parties when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security
We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. Payments
If you pay through our website or linked checkout pages, payment card data is handled by those payment platforms under their own privacy policies. Pad-Slapper receives confirmation of payment and related order/booking details needed to fulfill the service.
5. Data Retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain job and business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You may request deletion of certain personal data (see Contact section), subject to legitimate business or legal needs to retain some records.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
