When Replacing Pads & Rotors

When Replacing Pads & Rotors (Customer-Supplied Parts)

  • Replace pads and rotors in axle pairs (both fronts or both rears) for even braking.
  • Verify part compatibility with your specific vehicle make, model, and year before booking — this helps prevent installation issues.
  • Clean mating surfaces thoroughly, lubricate slide pins and contact points (not friction surfaces) with proper high-temp brake grease, and torque all fasteners to spec.

Our Policy Reminder: Our service covers labor only – customers must provide their own brake pads and parts. Once the brake service is completed, labor charges are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply if the workmanship does not meet professional standards or if there's a clear error on our part. We recommend customers verify part compatibility before booking to avoid installation issues. All services are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
